A woman's body was found inside a home on South Greeley Highway.

A call came in to the Laramie county police departments emergency line Tuesday At 3:47 PM from a woman saying she had came home, found the front door locked and after having to enter the home through a open window, she had found her mother dead inside the home.
She told Dispatch " looked to her, as if her mother, 52 year old Patricia Tull, had been dead for some time. and that there was too much blood to see what had happened."
She also said that the deceased woman's boyfriend, 43 year old Andrew James Weaver, as also in the Home and he was armed with a gun. The caller said that "He was unresponsive to her pleas for help" and " Just stood there like a zombie with that gun in his hand" when she asked " What had happened and to call 911."
The caller, later identified as the deceased woman's daughter, said she then " Started screaming for help.", and called 911, "But it was too late. My mom was already dead. "
At 3:58 pm sheriff's deputy Ryan Gram accompanied by the Laramie county SWAT team and the Laramie county sheriff's office as well as the wyoming state police responded to the call and arrived at the home.
"When i first entered the home i knew right away there was a deceased person in the home. But after seeing the body, i knew we were clearly dealing with a homicide investigation."
Andrew James Weaver Was taken into custody with no furthe incident And transported to the Laramie county jail on suspicion of murder.
